Tea leaves, commonly known as tea, generally include the leaves and buds of the tea tree. Tea originated in China, and tea was first used as a sacrifice. Directions:
1. Use a large air volume (the valve is fully open), and the temperature should be controlled at 100 ° C ~ 110 ° C. Manually hold the tea base and knead it in the palm of your hand, rubbing each ball for 2 to 3 turns, and then shake it once to make the tea base tight. The tea leaves are loose, and repeat for 5 to 8 minutes. When the leaves are dark green and the water content is 20%, the next process can be carried out;
2. The method of teasing and rolling is basically similar. The air volume is slightly smaller (the valve is half open), and the temperature is controlled at about 100 °C. The tea leaves can be dried when the hairs of the tea are stretched, the greens are silver and green, the aroma is fragrant, and the water content is reduced to 13%;
3. After the tea is finished, it should be spread thinly for 20 to 25 minutes to redistribute the moisture of the tea leaves. The initial drying temperature should be controlled at about 75-90 °C, the tea should be filled with the hopper, and the air volume should be the same as that of the tea. During the drying process, turn it gently every 3 minutes or so. According to the continuous reduction of water content, the drying temperature should also be lowered accordingly, so as to facilitate the discharge of the water inside the tea leaves.
